Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not ASHA-certified.

Licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in California.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

BLS certification to be obtained within first 30 days of employment.
