Direct Support Professional (DSP)

$20–$25/hour | Paid Training | No Experience Required

ABiLITY is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities.

No experience? No problem. We provide paid training, certifications, and ongoing support to help you succeed.

• $20/hour – Full-Time or Part-Time
• $21/hour – Weekend Flex (3 weekends per month commitment)
• $25/hour – Weekend Only (every weekend commitment)

Additional pay may be offered based on verified experience.

• Evenings: approximately 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Overnights: approximately 10:00 PM – 9:00 AM

• Assist with daily living activities (meals, hygiene, routines)
• Support independence and community involvement
• Administer medications (training provided)
• Maintain a safe, respectful environment
• Complete daily documentation

• No experience required—we train you
• Paid training and certifications

• 18+ years old
• High school diploma or GED (or currently enrolled)
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Able to pass required screenings
• Dependable and willing to learn

• Level One Medication Aide (L1MA)
• CPR / First Aid / AED
• Crisis Prevention
• DSP training modules
