Occupational Therapist - On Call

PRN Occupational Therapist (OT)RiverView Health has an opening for an On-call Occupational Therapist. The Occupational Therapist is a clinically competent, licensed professional of their discipline who assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients through the process of evaluation, ongoing assessment, planning, and implementation of therapy interventions. Effectively and professionally interacts with patients, family members, responsible party, and other health care team members, while maintaining RiverView Health's standards of behavior. Complies with regulatory standards of the American Occupational Therapy Association, the Department of Health, and any other professional guidelines or standards. Completes evaluations/treatments with people of all ages from pediatrics to geriatric. Settings may include inpatient care, sub-acute care, outpatient care, and occupational health. Position does include working a weekend and holiday rotation. If not current, training will be provided and certification must be obtained within 4 months from the date of hire or employment will be terminated.
