The client offers strong salary and benefits.Key Responsibilities:* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of FP&A analysts supporting plant operations* Partner closely with plant leadership to provide financial insight and support decision-making* Own budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting cycles* Deliver variance analysis and actionable insights tied to operational drivers* Build business cases to support capital investments and cost improvement initiatives* Enhance financial processes, reporting, and operational efficiencies* Prepare and present financial analyses to senior leadership* Drive accountability and performance through data-driven insightsRequirements* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field* 7-10+ years of FP&A or related analytical experience* Proven experience leading and developing teams* Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities* Advanced Excel and strong Microsoft Office proficiency* Experience with ERP and analytics tools (e.g., Oracle, OneStream, Power BI, Python) preferred* Manufacturing or industrial experience strongly preferred* Highly detail-oriented with a proactive, results-driven mindset* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, onsite environment* Willingness to travel as neededJob TypeDirect HireCompensation170000 - $170000
