FUNCTIONAL ANALYST Job Details Full Time / Part Time: Full Time FLSA Classification: Exempt Business Unit: IT Reports to: Director, IT Infrastructure Travel Requirement: No Job Description Select Water's Functional Analyst is responsible for supporting users across multiple financial application platforms, with a strong focus on enhancing the financial, operational, and analytical capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O). The Analyst will provide leadership and hands on support to end users, helping optimize our current D365 F&O implementation while partnering with Management to identify business processes that can be improved through system functionality. This position is part of a Financial Applications Management Team consisting of Developers, Analysts, and Data Administrators. The essential job functions include, but are not limited to

- Collaborate with the development team to ensure enhancements and customizations are fully tested, validated, and aligned with user requirements without impacting system performance.
- Work directly with Microsoft and ISV vendors to resolve issues that cannot be addressed internally.
- Provide timely and effective resolution to system issues as they arise.
- Identify at risk or inefficient business processes and recommend viable, system driven improvements.
- Partner with the Functional Team Lead and fellow analysts to deliver high quality, hands on support to all users.
- Pursue ongoing professional development through third party training, workshops, and certifications.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, enhancements, and process improvements.
- Assist in implementing best practices and strengthening the overall support model.
- Review Microsoft and ISV update guides to proactively communicate upcoming changes to users.
- Demonstrate and uphold the Company's Mission, Vision, and Core Values in all activities.
- 5+ years of experience providing functional support and auditing within Dynamics 365 F&O as a consultant or end user.
- Preferred experience in Finance, Supply Chain, and Project Management.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Accounting, MIS, or related fields.
- Experience with data management processes related to financial applications.
- Strong understanding of core accounting principles and functions.
- Experience with D365 Supply Chain Advanced Warehousing.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, PowerApps) and F&O integrations.
- Demonstrated ability to build detailed Power BI reports.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (MB 300 or MB 310) are a plus.
- Experience working with SK Software's Treasury Automation Suite.

- This position works inside a climate-controlled environment a majority of the time. The Company will supply adequate training and equipment to perform the functions of the job. Some travel will be required.
- Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm.
- Involves sitting at a desk for extended periods of time.
- Needs high degree of concentration in a busy area.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
