Quality Assurance (QA) PositionIMKO is currently recruiting for a full-time Quality Assurance (QA) position. This role involves coordinating and expediting the flow of products according to our shipment schedule. Key responsibilities include checking paperwork against products during the loading and unloading of trucks. Please note that this position is in a cold storage facility.QA Responsibilities are, however, will not be limited to:Inspect product as it is unloaded from trucks and determine overall quality.Communicate with the customer on a daily basis via email regarding quality of product.Upload digital pictures from camera to computer and email customer.Perform general office duties such as filing, communicating with customer via email and telephone.Perform other duties as assigned.Requires clerical skills in managing files and records, and other office procedures and terminology.Requires skills for providing customer services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.Requires the ability to pay close attention to details, meet deadlines.Must be able to relate to other people beyond giving and receiving instructions. They must get along with co-workers without exhibiting behavioral extremes; perform work activities requiring reasoning, negotiating, instructing, persuading, or speaking with others; and respond appropriately to criticism from a supervisor.Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel.Requires the use of a telephone, fax machine, computer terminal, internet, calculator, and copy machine.QA Physical Requirements:Requires the ability to stand for long periods of time with frequent interruptionsRequires several hours per day of standing, getting up and down from chairs, and reaching, bending, or carrying light loadsRequires clerical skills in managing files and records, and other office procedures and terminology.Requires manual dexterity with normal hand and finger movements for typical office workTalking, hearing, and seeing are important elements of completing assigned tasksOccasionally lifts, carries, positions, or moves objects weighing up to 20 poundsWorking environment is in a warehouse setting, with temperature approximately 35 degreesEducation: High school diploma or equivalent experienceStarting pay: $21.00 Once hired into Client Company - You will get a $3 raise, Client Company Health Insurance and Paid time off IMKO Pays Weekly on Fridays!
