IAFF Center of Excellence for Behavioral Health Treatment and Recovery is a one‑of‑a‑kind addiction treatment facility specializing in PTSD for IAFF members and those struggling with addiction, PTSD, and other related behavioral health challenges. We provide a haven for members to talk with others who have faced or overcome similar challenges. Advanced Recovery Systems – The Recovery Village is an integrated behavioral healthcare management company dedicated to treating addiction, substance abuse, and mental health issues. We put behavioral health front and center, assisting people with substance abuse issues, addictions, and mental health concerns. We invest in your time, leveraging proprietary AI technology to simplify documentation and give you more time where it matters most: patient care. Job Duties Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential treatment setting Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducation Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and clinical teams to support patient progress Maintain timely and accurate documentation (with support from Heather AI) Support discharge planning and continuity of care Requirements Masters' Degree in social work, psychology, or related human services field required. Licensed in the State of Maryland to practice in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health counseling, or other behavioral health‑related field. LCSW-C (Licensed Certified Social Worker – Clinical) LCMFT (Licensed Clinical Marriage & Family Therapist) LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor) LCADC (Licensed Clinical Alcohol & Drug Counselor) Licensed PhD/PsyD Experience with substance use and/or co‑occurring disorders preferred. Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset. CPR and BFA Certification required.
