Job Description Job Description Class A CDL Drivers for Amazon Freight Partner – Regional Routes (Home every 2 days) Compensation:Earn up to $60,000 per year. Consistent Schedule:Regional routes with4 days on 4 days off schedule Benefits:Medical, Vision, 401k, PTO, Performance Bonuses Location:Lathrop, CA Majestic Carriers is a rapidly growing trucking company looking for motivated and professional Class A CDL drivers for regionalroutes.We are partnered to haul freight exclusively for Amazon, allowing us to provide the benefits of a large business while embodying the culture of a small one. Our Fleet includes brand Diesel sleeper cabs, outfitted with state-of-the-art safety technology, equipment, logistics software, and on-road support to ensure our drivers are the best equipped and prepared. We have dedicated Fleet maintenance on site ensuring safety of our drivers. Hourly rates start at $24.00 and Overtime rate of $36/Hourproviding an earning range for regional routes of$55,000 - $60,000 per year depending on full-time work andSafety bonuses.Our partnership with Amazon provides steady work, full-time hours with over-time and expanded operations during the peak months of July, October – December. Our facilities are based in Lathrop, CA and routes will begin and end at our yard, with all loads being Drop and Hook. As Majestic Carriers driver, you will work a consistent 4 day ON, 4 days OFFschedule for regional routesspending one night re-setting on the road, then re-setting at home, then another night re-setting on the road, then 4 consecutive days off. In addition to your hourly pay, there are additional quarterly Safety and Performance bonuses. Other key benefits are Paid Time Off (PTO) accrued at a rate of 4% of hours worked, Health Insurance programs with election dates upon hire, participation in the 401 (k) program. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 8 months of verifiable Class A driving experience. Have a valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) Must be able to speak, read, &write in English, to communicate with the publicandtounderstand highway traffic signs and signals in English. Must be able to properly fill out reports and enter information into apps. No current CDL suspension or past revocations. Must have a clean driving record. Must pass a DOT physical, drug test and background checks. Ability to effectively learn and operate GPS enabled software and hardware. Must be able to use handheld technology and smart phone applications.
