Finance Business Analyst

To support strategic decision-making across multiple business entities, the full-time remote Finance Business Analyst will deliver accurate financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and business analysis while collaborating with operational leaders and cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including detailed variance analysis against budget and forecasts Collaborate with operational leaders to provide financial insights and improve financial processes and reporting Ensure compliance with accounting standards and corporate policies while preparing corporate income tax returns and supporting schedules Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline 3-5 years of relevant accounting, financial analysis, and reporting experience Accounting designation in progress (CPA) or an equivalent combination of experience and education Experience with complex ownership structures and independent preparation of T2 corporate tax returns Advanced Excel skills, including experience building complex templates and formulas
