High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of proven welding and fabrication experience Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding Able to read technical drawings, lift 50 pounds, and pay strong attention to detail Welder Fabricator Job Duties Weld, cut, and assemble metal parts Ensure precision and quality of produced parts Read and interpret blueprints and other technical drawings Safely operate welding equipment Inspect and test welds for quality Maintain and troubleshoot welding equipment More Than Just a Paycheck.
