As a Facilities Technician 1, you will be part of the Facilities Support team supporting workplace relocation, maintenance, and facility management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.Relocate and reconfigure office equipment, furniture, and materials for associates moving between site locationsAssemble and disassemble modular office furniture, cubicles, and various office layoutsPerform basic work such as installing shelves, hanging whiteboards, and minor repairsAssist with general office maintenance including light mechanical repairsCreate and manage keys for office spaces and document work orders into the CMMS systemHigh school diploma or equivalentBasic knowledge of hand and power toolsAbility to read and understand furniture assembly instructionsPhysical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periodsExperience with drywall preparation, minor repairs, and paintingOpportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environmentHands-on experience in facilities management and maintenancePotential for growth within the organizationCollaborative team environmentSupportive management committed to your developmentUpon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for: Medical and Prescription Drug Plans, Dental Plan, Supplemental Life Insurance, Short Term Disability Insurance, 401(k)
