Location:Delta Airlines BDL - AVNPay Rate:Salary - Salary Plan, 60,000.00 USD AnnualWork Shift:Job DescriptionAviation Safety Compliance ManagerHHS Aviation is currently seeking a Manager for Safety Compliance. The role involves developing, implementing, and monitoring safety, security, and operational compliance with regulatory entities, customer requirements, and company standards. The manager will continuously assess and improve hazard identification and adherence to regulatory requirements and HHS Aviation company procedures, promoting a positive safety, security, and quality-focused culture while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.The Safety Compliance Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring safety / OSHA compliance, security guidelines and directives, and compliance with all pertinent customer and regulatory requirements.ResponsibilitiesDrive Safety Focus and Regulatory Compliance in all HHS Aviation operationsImplement new strategies to continuously improve the HHS Aviation safety and quality cultureAssist with new station operations start-ups and ensure adherence to company, customer, and regulatory requirementsMonitor the safety of all operations through audits, self-inspection, safety performance indicators, and compliance reports. Make recommendations for improvement as necessary/appropriateCommunicate with executive leadership regarding potential compliance challenges and opportunities for continuous operational improvementsConduct incident investigations and risk assessments, provide process improvement recommendations, and facilitate risk-based decisions to ensure safe and compliant operationsPerform station assessments and develop corrective action plans as neededIdentify potential hazards.
