General Dentist Locum Tenens Opportunity in Sturgis, MI

We are seeking a Dentistry (Dentist (DMD/DDS)) for a locum tenens opportunity in Sturgis, MI. This position allows a dentist to practice comprehensive general dentistry with a supportive clinical team and a steady patient workflow. The ideal candidate is comfortable with surgical extractions, denture steps, comprehensive treatment planning, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.

Dates: Aug 26-28, Sept 14-18, Oct 8-9, 26-27, Nov 30, Dec 1-4, 7-11, 14-18, 21-24, 28-31.
Schedule: Mon-Thur 8a-5p, Fri 8a-3p

Pay Range: Starting at $125/hour

Clinical Scope

• Surgical extractions, Denture steps, Comprehensive treatment planning
• Extractions could include simple/ surgical/ full mouth

Full mouth extractions may be required when clinically appropriate. Discuss any clinical limitations with the Proxi team before the assignment.

Support Staff

• 2 Hygienists, 3 DAs

Requirements

• Active Michigan dental license
• Active DEA with all schedules
• CSR if required by the state
• Experience in high volume general dentistry environments preferred
