Job Description: Kanki House of Steaks & Sushi in Crabtree Valley Mall is looking for friendly, hard-working cooks who will provide an excellent dining experience for our guests. What we need from you: Passion for cooking great food Must be able to take direction Must be 18 or older Strong multitasking abilities Must be available to work evenings and weekends Able to stand for extended periods of time in a fast-paced environment Able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food frequently weighing up to 50lbs Reliable transportation, phone, and e-mail (Deal Breaker) Must be able to work in a fast paced, high stress enviroment What we offer: Discounted meals Benefit eligibility after 60 days for full-time employees. THE KANKI EXPERIENCE

When you visit of our Raleigh-Durham restaurants, you’ll be greeted by our friendly staff and seated at a large table surrounding one of our teppan grills. Next, you’ll choose drinks, starters, sushi, hibachi and more from our extensive menu. All teppanyaki dishes will be made-to-order, and our chefs will prepare your hibachi chicken, steak, shrimp, salmon or scallops, along with rice and a selection of veggies, right in front of your eyes.
