Qualifications

Job Requirements: Registered Nurse (RN) Associate's degree from an accredited School of Nursing. Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred. Current license to practice nursing in State of Indiana (or eligible to receive or renew). Current CPR or BLS certification. Nights 7:00p to 7:30a

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Nursing Assessment
• Nursing Documentation
• Treatment Planning
• Monitors and documents progress on the goals noted in the treatment plan.
• Ensures individual treatment plans are implemented and properly documented.
• Medication Administration/Medical Management
• Milieu Management/Communication
• Crisis Intervention
• Staff and Patient Education
