A pharmacist opportunity is available in an outpatient hospital retail setting located in Culver, IN. This contract role is ideal for experienced professionals seeking a dynamic environment with consistent day shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately fill medication orders and verify products prepared by pharmacy technicians before release.
• Safeguard the security of the pharmacy area and controlled substances.
• Enter patient and prescription information into the system with precision.
• Collaborate with the pharmacy manager, one full-time pharmacist, and two pharmacy technicians to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and pharmacy protocols.

Qualifications:

• Valid Indiana pharmacist license is required.
• Proven pharmacy experience, preferably within outpatient or retail settings.
• Hands-on experience with Pioneer RX order entry system is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.

Schedule:

• Work 4 to 5 days per week from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Duration of assignment is approximately 8 to 13 weeks.
