Field Service TechnicianAs a Field Service Technician you will maintain modular equipment at the branch and in the field at customer sites. You will oversee and train the contractors working on site at the branch. You will perform problem solving maintenance for but not limited to mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. You will also perform routine maintenance, cleaning and construction in the field of modular buildings. Update and record information on company assets and systems. Perform routine evaluations of work to be performed. Safely operate Company provided vehicle (<10,000lbs GVW) to travel to various locations and service modular and related equipment. Duties include installing and repairing equipment, and training customer employees on how to maintain machinery. Perform trial run of machinery to ensure performance rates and quality meet established specifications while delivering exceptional customer experiences.A Day In The LifePerform troubleshooting, maintenance service, repairs and construction in areas of but not limited to plumbing, carpentry, painting, flooring, HVAC, roofing and electricalOversee and train the contractors working at the branch on the buildings.Work independently at the branch while updating leadership on project progress daily.Order supplies needed for the location and for service calls.Responsible for the safety, quality and productivity of themselves at all customer locationsResponsible for positive interface with the customer and ensuring the company's reputation is improved with every customer contactMaintain inspection log(s) for equipment/vehicle and properly report exceptions; ensure equipment is maintained to Company and safety standardsSafely perform all tasks and understand Company's safety policies and proceduresParticipate in and practice 6S and Lean company initiative in the workplaceDeliver a high-quality output consistent with the Company's construction standardsOperate Company vehicleRead and understand blueprints, schematics, procedures and company specific work orders, work instructions and floor plans providedWork outside in variable weather conditionsUse both manual and power tools and follow operating guidelinesPerforms other duties as assignedPerks10 days + 2 half days Company Paid Holidays + vacation and sick time!Medical, Dental, and Vision benefit optionsDailyPay Available!!
