Step into a fulfilling and impactful role working onsite with elementary and middle school students near Burlington, WI. Support learners in grades K-8 who present primarily with articulation and language needs, serving a manageable caseload of approximately 30 students. This contract assignment runs from February through the end of March, with work hours from 7:35 am to 3:35 pm, offering between 30 and 37.5 hours per week.

Desired Qualifications:

• Current and active WI Speech-Language Pathology license required
• Record of clinical experience in a school-based setting, ideally with K-8 students
• Background in addressing articulation and language disorders
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to attend daily onsite and engage meaningfully with students, faculty, and families
• Passion for helping students achieve communication milestones

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based evaluation and therapy for students needing articulation and language support
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and other team members
• Maintain detailed records of student progress and document interventions
• Participate in parent/guardian meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Contribute professional insight to school staff regarding best practices for classroom-based language interventions
• Foster a supportive atmosphere that promotes student confidence and growth
