• Lead and oversee daily maintenance operations and team performance
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance to keep the property in top shape
• Diagnose and complete repairs, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
• Respond to resident service requests quickly and professionally
• Manage vendors, supplies, and maintenance budgets
• Conduct inspections of units and community grounds
• Train, coach, and support maintenance staff
• Ensure safety standards and compliance are always met

Here's what we're looking for.

• 2-3 years of maintenance experience in property management or related field
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
• EPA certification required (HVAC/CPO preferred)
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
