Rheumatology Opportunity – Community Health System Setting*Location: Abilene, TX | Employment Type: Employed or Solo Practice Option**Full-time, permanent position Position Highlights Flexible opportunity for employment or solo practice Attractive starting salary of at least $286,280 in the first year with lucrative incentive potential Sign-on bonus: up to $25,000 Relocation assistance: up to $20,000 Potential student loan repayment and training stipend available Marketing support provided to promote your practice within the community and regionCompensation & Benefits Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement, and more 30 days of PTO plus 18 weeks of sick leave CME allowance: $5,000 per year with 5 paid CME days Texas medical license reimbursement: $2,000Ideal Candidate Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Rheumatology Eligible for Texas medical licensure Committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
