About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Workforce AI and Microsoft Productivity. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and scaling the company's AI and productivity practices, with a focus on both presales and delivery. This role involves leading and developing integrated teams, driving talent evolution, and ensuring a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer impact. The VP will also be tasked with reducing attrition, attracting top talent, and promoting high-performing professionals in the AI and productivity space. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in a presales and/or delivery leadership role, with at least 8 years in a 2nd-line or above leadership position. The role requires deep knowledge of workforce AI and Microsoft productivity solutions, solid business acumen, and a proven track record of driving organizational change. The ideal candidate will have established relationships with key partners in the AI and productivity space, particularly Microsoft, and a strong ability to manage large, distributed teams. Responsibilities also include mentoring team members, driving recruiting efforts, and ensuring that the capacity of solutions architects and delivery teams is aligned with market opportunities. The VP will be expected to travel up to 40-50% and should be prepared to represent the company in executive-level engagements.
