Endocrinologist: Office + Hospital

A 180-provider multispecialty group in southeast Massachusetts is recruiting a full-time Endocrinologist . This division is staffed by fellowship-trained physicians and advanced practice providers and has a strong referral base of PCPs and other specialists.

Southeast Massachusetts has a disproportionate prevalence of diabetes compared to the rest of Massachusetts, and the practice also manages thyroid and other adult endocrine conditions.

Interest in diabetes and thyroid disease is important, and any other areas of interest or expertise are welcomed. The successful candidate will see office patients in the Fall River office and will oversee hospital rounds largely performed by a Physician Assistant .

• Continuous glucose monitoring
• Comprehensive weight management program
• Osteoporosis management
• In-office ultrasound and FNA
• Readily available laboratory and imaging services

The practice uses eClinicalWorks as its electronic medical record, while the hospital uses Epic .
Compensation & Opportunity

• Full-time Endocrinology position
• Mostly outpatient office-based practice with some supervision of hospital APPs
• Salary around $275,000, commensurate with training and experience
• Sign-on bonus
• Partnership typically available after 3 years

• 1 hour of Boston
• 30 minutes of Cape Cod
