Women's Health Physician Assistant

Job Overview We are looking for a Women's Health Physician Assistant to provide primary care services as part of our primary care clinical team in the Bronx, NY. Responsibilities Work with a multi-disciplinary team to care for and provide medical services to patients. Examine, conduct tests, analyze records, reports, and test results to prevent and diagnose illness, disease, or injury. Prescribe or administer treatment, therapy, medication, vaccination, and other specialized medical care. Explain procedures and test results, prescribe treatment plans, manage labs, and facilitate referrals. Collaborate with other nurse practitioners, physicians, physician assistants, and support staff as part of the clinical team. Qualifications Completion of an approved or accredited educational program for Physician Assistants. Valid NY State license, CDS, DEA, and BLS certification. At least 2 years of experience in Women's Health. Strong communication skills and ability to follow established procedures and protocol. Passion for community healthcare is preferred.
