PSC Phlebotomist- Part Time

Job Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc. Perform data entry of patient information accurately and timely Process billing information and collect payments as necessary Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis Maintain patient and specimen information logs Provide superior customer service to all patients Perform administrative and clerical duties as required Travel to additional sites when needed Minimum Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Phlebotomy certification or completed training program, or at least 3 months of experience as a phlebotomist Preferred Qualifications One year or more of phlebotomy experience Additional Job Standards Phlebotomy certification or training program must be from an accredited agency Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team Comfortable working with minimal supervision Reliable transportation Flexibility to work overtime as needed Ability to pass a standardized color‑blindness test Vaccination Requirement This position requires candidates to be fully vaccinated against COVID‑19.
