Dealer Services Specialist II
Cox Automotive, a leader in automotive solutions, is seeking a Dealer Services Specialist II to enhance dealership performance within the automotive sector. This role is pivotal in facilitating successful partnerships and providing strategic business solutions to automotive dealers. By leveraging Cox Automotive's comprehensive suite of products and services, the Dealer Services Specialist II will aim to optimize dealer operations, performance, and profitability while maintaining exceptional service standards.
Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with automotive dealers
- Assess dealer operations and provide recommendations for improvement
- Implement strategies to increase dealer performance in sales and service
- Deliver training to dealers on Cox Automotive products and best practices
- Monitor dealer compliance with service agreements
- Provide regular reports and feedback to management on dealer status
- Assist in the development of new services and enhancements based on dealer feedback and market trends
