As a Client Service Specialist at Kuethe Wealth Planning | Raymond James , you will play a crucial role in supporting financial advisors and ensuring the smooth operation of the branch. You will assist with client service, administrative tasks, and compliance-related responsibilities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional client service , responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Assist financial advisors with account maintenance , documentation, and operational tasks.
• Process transactions, including account openings, transfers, and money movements .
• Ensure compliance with firm policies and industry regulations .
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and reporting.
• Support branch operations by coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and managing office supplies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in financial services, banking, or client support.
• Familiarity with the investment brokerage or financial services industry a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment .
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software .
• Experience using social media platforms and/or marketing experience desired.
