About the role Summit Careers is hiring an early-career Sales Executive to grow a defined territory. You’ll prospect, build relationships, and close new business for our services, owning a quota and pipeline while using consultative selling to deliver measurable revenue growth. What you’ll do Drive outbound prospecting using calls, email, LinkedIn, networking to book meetings and create qualified pipeline. Run discovery and value-based presentations; handle objections and negotiate to close deals within a 30–60 day sales cycle. Collaborate with the recruiting team to refine messaging, and offers; share feedback to improve win rates. Represent Summit ethically and professionally; build long-term relationships that lead to expansion and referrals .
