Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.Manages more than one functional area of manufacturing, such as machining, assembly, tool and die, packaging. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice.Basic Qualifications- Experience with tools and drilling, fastener installation and systems typically used in a production/manufacturing environment.- Managing business metrics to drive performance (Quality, Schedule, and Cost).- Working knowledge of crew planning, line balancing, and project management.- Experience with Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point, and Power BI)Desired Skills- Previous leadership experience- Experience with tools and processes involving large assembly fixtures, drilling, fastening including complex assemblies and systems- Experience in manufacturing/productions methodologies relating to structural and mechanical assemblies.- Excellent communication skills.- Experience with Solumina, SFM, and/or SAP systems.- Experience with Lean Manufacturing concepts and application.- Degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education.Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
