Specialty Representative, Dermatology - Lancaster, PA

AbbVie seeks a Specialty Representative for Dermatology in south-central and eastern Pennsylvania. The field-based role involves executing brand strategy, managing territory, building customer relationships, and driving sales performance while ensuring patient-centered solutions.
Responsibilities
- Deliver sales performance metrics, brand KPIs, and financial targets for assigned territory
- Create pre-call plans and post-call evaluations to continuously improve sales effectiveness
- Develop and execute call plans optimizing coverage and frequency to key customers
- Build market intelligence on customer needs, competitors, and disease state to align with brand strategy
- Identify and develop disease state experts and physician advocates to maximize brand performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field preferred
- Five years industry experience with three years in pharmaceutical/health/science sector, or equivalent
- Proven sales success with strong presentation and objection-handling skills
- Leadership experience with increased responsibility at district or regional level
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass drug screening and safe driving requirements
- HCIR credentialing eligibility including background check, immunization records, and state-specific licenses
