Radiography Technologist Lead

Position Overview Location: UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion, Aurora, CO Department: Radiology Diagnostic Work Schedule: Full Time, 80 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Days Pay: $29.52 – $41.33 per hour (dependent on experience) This position is onsite only. Remote option not available. Summary Leads team members for assigned areas or functions by providing advanced knowledge of job responsibilities. Responsibilities Provide monitoring, coaching and evaluation of team members’ performance, especially in productivity and quality management. Serve as a positive role model by promoting teamwork and cooperation. Assist with coordinating services, prioritizing assignments and workflow, and promoting situational decision‑making/problem‑solving. Perform responsibilities of the underlying job. Take responsibility for, or provide guidance to team members on, handling complex or novel issues. Oversee equipment quality‑control testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Work with Radiology students as needed. Apply critical thinking, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment and take appropriate action. Requirements Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program. Registered as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Specialty ARRT certification(s) required if specified for the position. State licensure required by law. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuer with card in hand before start date; BLS or CPR card must remain valid for at least 60 days after hire.
