Highlights of what our Estimator will do: Review construction documents and understand scope of work to bid. Execute take-offs of construction documents in the Onscreen takeoff program. Solicit and obtain pricing for materials and subcontractors. Determine the cost of all material, labor, equipment, and subcontractors to complete the project. Inform immediate supervisor of any observed inaccuracies or omissions in quoted items or computer database. Prepare cost analysis by capturing all material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs required for installation of projects. Attend meetings as required. Are you the right fit for this role? Skills & experience that are necessary as a Senior Estimator will include, but not limited to: Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a landscape/construction estimator. Experienced with takeoff and estimating software OnCenter, and Timberline a plus. Intermediate to advanced skill level in Excel and mathematics. Extremely detailed and strong work ethic. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. OST & Sage Estimating experience preferred but not required. Must be a team player and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Perks and Pluses: 9 paid holidays per year with paid vacation & sick leave.
