KEYDUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES Partner with the General Manager to plan and implement strategies to driveservice standards and positive sales results Maintainbrand standardsin visual merchandising Ensure consistentregulatory compliancewith all state specificregulations Review, communication and ensure compliance withall company SOPsand work with the general manager and other leaders to assure that any changes are communicated to employees Along with the General Manager, provide coaching, training, and development to the team that is focused on company service standards and accountability to meetspecific objectives Monitorand maintain store inventory Responsible for handling and resolving patient issues and escalations when on duty Maintain professional working relationships with business partners Assist general Manager in managing labor budget to meet the needs of the business Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance Perform other tasks that have been assigned by management SKILLSANDQUALIFICATIONS Twoyearsofrelatedexperienceand/ ortraining orequivalentcombinationofeducationandexperience Priormanagementexperience,preferably in retail and/or customerservice area is a plus Must have prior cash handling experience Must possessthe ability to train, develop and evaluate a team of 40+ employees Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; ability to uphold a strict level of confidentiality and discretion Able to communicate in conversational English to work effectively with customers and team members, operate electronic equipment(computer, scanner, printer, etc.), comprehend safety procedures, and utilise telecommunication devices Proven ability to analyze data and draw appropriate conclusions to inform policies and procedures Ability to interact with customers and team members respectfully and politely ADDITIONALMINIMUMQUALIFICATIONS Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass an MVR background check (delivery locations only) Must be able to pass level 1 and Must beat at least 21 years of age Must function independently, and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies Must be able to relate to and work with patrons of different ages, abilities, and patrons that at times are experiencing emotional distress, or displaying a hostile attitude PHYSICALREQUIREMENTS While performing the duties of this job, the employee is: Constantly required to move/traverse throughout entire facility, including tight spaces Accurately communicate and exchange sensitive information and ideas with others, including members of the public; observe/inspect details at varying ranges; operate computing devices Frequently required to manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights (e.g., products, packaging, tools, office machinery): push/pull objects up to 50lbs; lift/carry/position objects up to 50lbs.; ascend/descend stool/ladder/steps; positionself and/or objects at floor level (e.g., crouch, stoop, kneel, crawl) Must have visual and auditory acuity with or without aids to perform all functions of the position Occasionally required to remain in a seated position WORK SCHEDULE 40-45 hours weekly with flexible hours depending on store needs.
