Purple Drive Data Modeler Share Contractual Los Angeles, CA PDT Overview: Core Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine data requirements
- Ensure data integrity, normalization, and performance optimization
- Document metadata and data lineage
- Model data for transactional systems and lake house architectures, bridging operational and analytical layer
- Fine-tune entity models based on access patterns (Star, Graph, Document, Relational)
- Define domain relationships and build connected entity models
- Proficiency in SQL and data modeling tools (e.g., ERwin, ER/Studio)
- Strong understanding of normalization, dimensional modeling, and data warehousing
- Experience with relational and cloud databases
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) solutions Purple Drive
