Schedule: Monday - Friday

• 4 days: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• 1 day: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

We are looking for an experienced Sales Recruiter for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Mesa, AZ. The ideal candidate will have prior recruiting and sales experience, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to source, screen, and place qualified candidates while managing client accounts. Responsibilities include recruiting top talent, conducting interviews, maintaining candidate pipelines, building client relationships, and meeting placement goals.
