Master Mechanic

Cargill is seeking a Master Mechanic to maintain and optimize complex manufacturing equipment supporting global food production. In this role, you’ll diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, execute preventive maintenance, and support equipment upgrades to improve reliability and safety. You’ll collaborate with engineering and operations teams, document work in a CMMS, and coach junior mechanics.
