Production AssociateJoin our team as a Production Associate, where you will play a vital role in our metal shop on the first shift, from 6 am to 2:30 pm. You'll be part of a dynamic team focused on delivering high-quality products.ResponsibilitiesPaint components and sub-assemblies according to job orders and blueprints.Utilize overhead cranes and fork trucks for material handling and manipulation of product components.Coordinate with administration to complete job orders efficiently.Maintain a safe and clean work area.Remove all visible oil, grease, soil, and other contaminants from steel and aluminum surfaces.Remove loose mill scale, rust, and other detrimental foreign matter from steel surfaces.Handle materials using overhead cranes, fork trucks, hand carts, and dollies.Wear appropriate safety and protective equipment at all times.Why Work Here?We offer a supportive work environment with opportunities for skill development and career advancement. Our facility features a large warehouse with individual work cells primarily focused on welding, painting, and other production tasks. Safety is a priority, and appropriate attire is required.Job Type & LocationThis is a contract to hire position based out of Las Vegas, NV.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
