Lead RecruiterEAB's Recruiting team is seeking a full-cycle Lead Recruiter to support searches across multiple levels and divisions. In this role, you will partner with Business Partners and hiring teams in developing candidate sourcing and evaluation strategies, owning the process from search kickoff to offer negotiation and closing.This opportunity is also listed at Senior Recruiter level; candidates are being considered at both levels for the current opening.This position will be based in Richmond, Virginia or Washington, D.C.Primary responsibilities include managing the full candidate life cycle, developing a critical eye for candidates, marketing the firm to candidates, driving decision making with line managers, successfully managing the offer delivery and candidate "sell" process, sourcing and attracting exceptional talent, analyzing market and recruiting data to inform strategy, partnering effectively with fellow recruiters, serving as a consultative talent partner, building structured, consistent selection processes, adapting quickly across business lines, identifying and implementing approved process improvements, and participating in special projects.Basic qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree, 4-5+ years of relevant full-time professional experience, experience leveraging applicant tracking systems and advanced candidate sourcing techniques, a proven track record of success with strategic pipeline generation and outbound sourcing, the ability to influence and advise hiring managers, experience using structured, job-related criteria to evaluate candidates, exposure to managing senior client and/or internal stakeholder relationships, and the ability to work and collaborate successfully on a geographically dispersed team.Ideal qualifications include proven experience with both high touch and high volume full-cycle corporate recruiting, a goal orientation and ability to achieve or exceed target metrics and expectations, experience improving recruiting processes, tools, and stakeholder experiences, high emotional intelligence, comfort navigating change and working within a dynamic growth environment, impeccable written and spoken communication skills, sound judgment and discretion, experience in professional services and/or education industry, and a commitment to embracing a continual learning environment and contributing to a dynamic and welcoming culture of fairness, authenticity, and belonging.Compensation for this role at the Lead Recruiter level is $75,000 - $91,500 per year, with eligibility for discretionary bonus or incentive compensation.
