Our mission is to empower people with care, connections, and support for a lifetime of choice.We are seeking full-time Clinical Counselors to support children, adults, or families on their path to wellness. This role offers a dynamic, person-centered clinical setting with opportunities for growth and impact.Location: Arcade, Warsaw, Wellsville, or school satellite offices (Allegany & Wyoming Counties)Pay: $58,500 - $64,500 Sign on bonus: up to $3,000Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week (Monday-Friday)Work Location: In-person with hybrid flexibility.Key ResponsibilitiesComplete initial assessments to establish rapport and determine medical necessity.Provide individual psychotherapy, family therapy, or therapeutic groups.Develop and implement person-centered treatment plans.Deliver crisis intervention and stabilization services as needed.Collaborate with other providers and community supports to aid clients in their recovery.QualificationsClinical Counselor I & IIMaster's degree in mental health counseling, social work, or related field. NYS licensure or permit required, we can help with that.New graduates encouraged to apply! - Multiple funding opportunities available to help with student loan debt.
