Manager Technical Program Management

Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end execution of XBU GTM activities for advanced AI projects. Engage with Product Managers to assess and prioritize direct customer feedback during pilot activities. Drive execution via mature Agile practices, translating customer problems into solution requirements. Provide technical and solutions management, leading an agile cross‑functional team of Systems and Software Engineers, Test Engineers, Operations, and others through initial concept to deployment. Meet complex program goals for product performance, quality, regulatory compliance, cost, schedule, and development budget. Work with Product Management, Marketing, and Experience Designers to define the product, solidify the business case, and author specifications. Participate in negotiations with Business Development and Legal, including intellectual property protection. Act as Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer, organizing and leading scrum teams. Plan system integration, release management, demonstrations, and pilots. Build and maintain relationships across Sales, Services, IT, Finance, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Support. Present business, technical, and program reviews to Senior Leadership using dashboards and JIRA. Execute program plans and budgets for multiple large projects, recommending corrective actions and mitigating risks. Coach and mentor junior Program Managers and support their growth. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. 8+ years of experience in program management, with at least 2 years as team lead/supervisor. Full life‑cycle Program Management experience. Experience with Scrum and agile methodologies, including scaled Agile, TDD, and Continuous Integration. Knowledge of software development best practices and tools such as JIRA/Confluence and MS Office. Experience driving multiple significant delivered‑to‑market solutions in asset intelligence, ML, and machine vision. Strong strategic and analytical skills with excellent written and oral communication. Expertise in risk management and ability to solve technical, quality, cost, and schedule challenges. Location Role is required to be onsite in Holtsville, NY office (Hybrid – Minimum of 3 days in the office per week). Pay & Benefits Pay Range: $138,800.00 – $208,200.00 per annum.
