Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Provide expert nursing care in both Med Surg and ER settings
• Adapt to varying patient needs across departments
• Collaborate with LPNs, CNAs, and staff secretary to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Efficiently manage a patient ratio of up to 5:1, typically around 1:3

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• KS state or multistate RN license
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications (all AHA required)
• Preferably previous travel experience, but open to first-time travelers
