At Club Pilates, we believe a great studio is built by great leaders. We're hiring for either a General Manager or an Assistant General Manager, depending on your experience. WHAT YOU'LL OWN

As part of our leadership team, you'll help drive every aspect of the studio's success.

SALES & BUSINESS GROWTH

• Drive membership, retail, private training, and specialty program revenue.
• Coach the sales team to consistently exceed goals.
• Monitor key performance indicators and adjust strategies based on results.
• Build relationships that improve member retention and referrals.

LEADERSHIP & PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT

• Recruit, hire, onboard, coach, and develop high-performing team members.
• Lead with accountability, professionalism, and integrity.
• Create a culture built on ownership, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct coaching conversations and recognize performance.

OPERATIONS

• Ensure the studio consistently delivers a premium member experience.
• Maintain operational excellence across cleanliness, inventory, reporting, and

daily execution. * General Managers oversee scheduling, payroll, forecasting, and overall business performance. * Assistant General Managers support these functions while developing the skills necessary to lead a studio independently.

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

• Build relationships with local businesses and community organizations.
• Represent Club Pilates at networking events and community partnerships.
• Support grassroots marketing initiatives that grow studio awareness.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Assistant General Manager

• 1-3 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Sales, hospitality, fitness, retail, or customer service leadership.
• Strong desire to grow into a General Manager role.

General Manager

• 3+ years leading teams and driving business performance.
• Experience managing KPIs, sales performance, and team development.
• Hiring, coaching, and performance management experience.
• Experience in fitness, hospitality, membership, retail, or service industries

preferred. Pilates experience is a plus, but not required. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Compensation is based on experience and placement into either the General Manager or Assistant General Manager role. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
