Responsibilities Support for our laboratory diagnostics team for The Netherlands in the Middle and Southern area (Limburg, Nordbrabant, Zeeland, Zuidholland, Utrecht, Gelderland). Assume regional responsibility for looking after the existing customer base and carry out regular customer visits to maintain customer relationships. Responsible for the competent explanation, demonstration, instruction, and sale of our innovative in‑house laboratory systems in veterinary practices. Implementation of device connections to the practice management software. Support customers with technical questions about our devices. Support the field service team in presenting our products and services at industrial exhibitions, specialist congresses and training courses. Support the development of mailing measures and follow them up by telephone. Assist in implementing strategies and action plans to increase sales and customer acquisition in cooperation with field service management to achieve sales goals. Maintain customer data and create visit reports in the CRM system in a timely manner. Qualifications Completed training in the medical or commercial field or successfully completed a degree in veterinary medicine, agricultural sciences or biology. Enjoy dealing with people and animals and communicate confidently with customers. Initial experience in laboratory diagnostics, medical technology or sales is an advantage. Similar professional background is an advantage. Thrives in a team environment as well as in independent work. Highly self‑organised with a focus on closing deals. Proficient in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, and computer skills (Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, PowerPoint, Excel) are essential.
