Associate Visual Print Manager

Responsibilities Support in executing daily signage workflows, store requests, reorders, and one‑off print needs across the fleet. Maintain signage databases, ensuring accuracy of SKUs, allocations, and records. Coordinate with print vendors to track production timelines, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of signage programs. Serve as a point of contact for field signage inquiries and support signage coordination for new stores, remodels, and visual initiatives across the fleet. Provide operational coordination across Visual Studio projects and broader Visual Operations initiatives as needed. Assist with troubleshooting store‑level signage or visual issues in partnership with cross‑functional teams. Support ongoing improvements to print workflows by identifying operational gaps and helping implement process updates. Qualifications and Requirements 3–5 years of experience in retail operations, print production, or visual merchandising support. Knowledge of signage production processes, including proofing, version control, and file management. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines. Experience coordinating with vendors to support production and delivery timelines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Smartsheet or print ordering systems preferred. Flexible team player able to support a range of Visual Operations initiatives.
