Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg Tele

Registered Nurse Medical/Surgical

Night shift, 7 PM - 7 AM. Three 12-hour shifts per week, including every other weekend.

36 hours per week. Holiday coverage required.

Minimum 3 years of acute care experience.

Current RN licensure (Vermont or multi-state).

BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Preference for candidates with Meditech experience.

Coordinate exceptional patient care for adult and occasional pediatric patients.

Provide comprehensive medical, surgical, outpatient, observation, swing bed, and pediatric care.

Utilize the Nursing Process for critical decision-making.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to meet diverse patient needs.

Ensure holistic care addressing age, physiological, spiritual, psychosocial, and developmental needs.

Accountable to the Unit Director and work closely with nursing leadership.
