What You’ll Do: Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes Promote safety, dignity, and independence Engage residents through conversation and daily activities Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment Communicate effectively with families and care leaders In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss Caregiver – Make a Difference Every Day | Paid Training & Career Growth Caregiver | Personal Care Assistant | Assisted Living | Senior Care What We’re Looking For: High School Diploma/GED; age 18+ CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain) Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills Pay Range: 19.35 - 24.20 We also offer benefits and other compensation that include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Plans Retirement Savings Plans Employee Assistant Program / Discount Program Paid time off (PTO), sick time, and holiday pay myFlexPay offered to get paid within hours of a shift Tuition Reimbursement In addition to base compensation, Sunrise may offer discretionary and/or non-discretionary bonuses.
