Join a cabinet manufacturing team where you’ll protect uptime across CNC routers, sanders, saws, conveyors, paint systems, and other woodworking equipment—while earning weekly overtime on a consistent schedule.

- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00pm–1:00am (5x10-hour shifts)
- Occasional mandatory Saturday shifts
- Compensation: $30–$35+ per hour, depending on experience, plus a $2/hour shift differential
- Execute preventive and emergency maintenance on CNC and finishing assets.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems—PLC/industrial controls included.
- Install, align, adjust, and relocate machinery to support production changes and upgrades.
- Replace belts, tools, and dies; perform lubrication and other routine service tasks.
- Coordinate with operators and leadership; communicate status and handoffs clearly.
- 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience (Associate’s Degree or Journeyman Card preferred)
- Background in shop or CNC maintenance; woodworking/cabinet manufacturing exposure is a plus
- Fluency in reading blueprints, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals
- Strong grasp of PLCs, AC/DC and servo drives, motors, and industrial sensors
- Detail orientation, teamwork, and solid communication skills
- Lifting: frequent up to 75 lbs; occasional up to 120 lbs
- Activities: constant walking, bending, kneeling, and overhead reach; tight spaces and heights
- Vision: precise inspection and fine-detail capability required
- Environment: indoor plant; dust, noise, heat, and humidity present
- Exposure: work around moving machinery and airborne particles (wood dust, solvents)
- Safety: standard PPE and procedures at all times
