Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience.

• Travel experience is preferred.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Ascension Health Resource and Supply Management Group, LLC (Direct) - Main and no current placement allowed at Program: Ascension Health Resource and Supply Management Group, LLC (Direct) - Main.

Additional Details:

In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on driver’s license. Driver’s license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/Tdap declinations.

Preferred Skills/Experience: EP, balloon pump, and peripheral experience preferred.

Special Requests: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.

Shift & Scheduling: All jobs with a 12 hour schedule have the option of a 36 or 48 hour work week. 8 hour shifts - 0730-1600. Flexible start and end times. Call rotation with core staff during weekdays and around every 3rd weekend, based on department needs. Every other holiday covered by call rotation with regular staff (12 + days of call).

Floating Requirements: May need to float onsite within skill set. Will need to float to sites within 40 miles, especially Franklin (10101 S. 27th Street, Franklin, WI, 53132), as required during the contract.
