A 371-bed acute care hospital in Central Austin, TX is seeking an EP Lab Manager to lead a dedicated, high-volume electrophysiology program operating six fully functioning labs, with a seventh lab under construction.
The role. The EP Lab Manager reports over day-to-day operations of the EP labs and holds oversight responsibility for the EP Lab, Pre & Post Surgical areas, and AFIB Center. Leading a team of 54–61 FTEs including two supervisors and one CNC, this manager directs nursing and support personnel to coordinate patient flow and assure quality patient outcomes. Key responsibilities include conducting personnel performance appraisals and establishing individual employee goals, ensuring compliance with nursing standards of care, and maintaining accurate daily patient records and charges. The manager also participates in budget and inventory control and serves as a communication bridge between staff and administration on education and departmental issues.

Compensation. $130,998 - $130,998 per year plus $15,000 sign-on bonus
