Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor‘s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active California PT license required prior to start of assignment.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience in an acute care or hospital setting preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with patient evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation in an electronic medical record system preferred.
- Current ACLS or specialty certifications required if specified by the facility; list as preferred if not explicitly required by client.
