Job Summary:

NuChoice Health Partners is seeking a compassionate and trustworthy Weekend Direct Caregiver to join our team of dedicated care providers. As a Weekend Direct Caregiver, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our clients in their own homes across Lawrence County, PA. If you are passionate about providing high-quality care and making a difference in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

Provide weekend care to clients in their own homes, adhering to individualized care plans and promoting independence, dignity, and well-being
Assist with personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Prepare meals and snacks, ensuring client nutrition and hydration needs are met
Remind clients of medication schedules and assist with medication management
Perform light housekeeping tasks, maintaining a clean and safe living environment

Requirements:

0 years of experience (training provided)
Ability to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays)
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable)
Bonded and pre-screened for your protection and the protection of our clients
Passion for delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact on the lives of others
